When your order has been received, we strive to engrave your padlock within 48 hours.   Once it is ready, we package in a hand stamped cotton drawstring bag and send it via the Australia Post network.

At the checkout you have the following shipping options:

Normal delivery - $8 per order (Australia wide)

Your order will be sent via Australia Post standard network with tracking and signature on delivery.  Please allow 1 to 6 business days once your order has shipped for delivery within Australia.

Express delivery - $14 per order (Australia wide)

Your order will be sent via the Express Post network and a tracking number will be provided so you can keep an eye on it.  Check if your postcode is included in a next day delivery area.

International delivery - $16 per order

Your order will be sent via International Airmail to any destination in the world.  Timeframes are not easily defined, but are usually within 10 business days. Please note there is no tracking included for international orders.
